Roganidana and vikrithi vignana is a subject that give emphasize on Ayurveda and contemporary diagnostic pathology.
It is the key subject that trains the students to apply knowledge of fundamental principles of Ayurveda to practice by understanding cause and formation of diseases by doing patient interaction, drawing diagnosis & prognosis of diseases. This is a strong base to frame an appropriate treatment protocol

- Laboratory investigations for the proper diagnosis.
- Radiological investigations like USG, CT Scan MRI scan etc
- ECG and other Screening tests are done with standard methods
- Emphasising more on preventive, aggravating and reliving factors of the disease

Our Dept. also deals with Importance of dosha, dooshya, Shathkriyakala.NidanaPanchaka(Nidana,Poorvaroopa,Roopa, Upashaya and samprapti), ashtavidha pareeksha & dashavidha pareeksha and so on.
Student also perform bedside physical examination, history taking by regular observation of the patients in OPD & IPD and study the usage of diagnostic tools like X-ray, CT, ECG , USG and lab investigations.
And we are having the good & well trained staffs in the Hospital lab & also standard instruments to conduct different lab. Investigations like CBC, SERUM ELECTROLYTES, LFT, RFT, LIPID PROFILE, URINE ANALYSIS, STOOL ANALYSIS, SEMEN ANALYSIS etc .
The objective of dept is to give knowledge regarding basic concepts of roganidana and contemporary pathology. And not only train the students to clear the exams but also to built the confidence in Clinical activities by diagnose the disease properly and treat the disease.
